Cant connect to port 2 !!! Always the same! - GSM-Forum

i have got every time problem in using eu box...

i installed eu box on first laptop...

all is working, but after some days the software cant connect to port number 2 btw. the software cant connect to phone...

so i make test and installed all an my second laptop...
haha, all is working...

now i put back to first laptop: cant connect phone...

reinstall of software and driver dont help...

so i used some weeks on my second laptop and all is working...

so after some weeks this laptop cant connect to port number 2! !!!!

AGAIN THE SAME ERROR as in my first laptop...

so i installed all on my 3th laptop...

all is working...

TODAY AGAIN THE SAME ON MY 3th LAPTOP!!!

whats going on...

i cant take every week new laptop....

this problem is every time with the double rj45 usb G800 cable...

changed it now to times, becouse the cables are so bad factored...
the cable maker cuts to deep and i see the wires are broeken...
in other cable, the connector pins where the cable is soldered
is broken...

IF THE BOX IS WORKING, IT IS A GREAT BOX, BUT MOST OF TIME
WE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH CONNECTION (CABLE, DRIVER, SOFTWARE).

how can i solve this problem....?????
