asking for help from support for 2g's

Please tell me what is the utility of the eubox with 2g!!! I can't unlock them. I have complained from this problem so many times but no answer from the support. Please, users, don't leave me your comments, i need a answer from the support only. As for screen shots, i did send but no answer. I am not the only one to complain of this problem. Direct unlock would be welcomed.

i am already answered many time, use search button and get,

its fault not from eu team its fault from users
bcoz users not read user manual/Faq. and not read forum etc.

brother always read 1st how to do, then do job

I wish you can follow Supporters and Users advices and you get success results for your work, otherway you can be whole life asking and if you don´t follow instructions will not get success.
