Problem unlocking T639 T-Mobile - GSM-Forum

Hi i am am trying to unlock this phone and always have this error when i use Normal Mode:

Phone info:

Revision: T639UVGG1
IMEI: 355245010101923
Manufacturer: SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CORPORATION

ERROR - Can't read MSLCODE from phone!

When i use Flash Mode i got this:

ERROR - MSL auth failed!

I try to read code and no luck check this out:
