| Look, we are happy to see you back and all but unless you address concerns like recovering license files and updating box firmware etc it will just be a frustrating experience using or trying to use eubox. After such a long absence from the market one would think that you would try to make your customers get some value for having a useless box packed away somewhere in a desk draw for a couple years while some classic boxes have been returning value day by day while you were sleeping. Further what guarantee does a new buyer of your V2 box have that you will not fall asleep again? This is not very good business practice we buy boxes hoping that we can grow our business not have it stagnant then have to jump through hoops to get it going again. Bro in business even though it does not seem that way, its always good to satisfy the customer first then your pockets will be filled, else you will be trying to fill your pocket and end up empty because your customers are not happy. Just look at some of the comments on the forum. PLEASE OPEN YOUR EYES AND LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Regards |

| I canīt get licences About 3 monts ago I have buyed 1 EUBox from GSMServer, and since that time i never can use my box, always says no licence available, but I have buyed the premium acces too and never could get licences. I have writed to support from gsmserver and always says that they wrote to EUBox team and they are waiting his answear, but the time is passing and I have a long wait to use my box. The EUBox shel says that i have premium account, and i have licences to download but when i push the download licences button always the same thing, there is no licences available. If someone from EUBox team could help me I'll apreciate. |

| They make update when resellers call them and wont to kill them couse resellers have to many boxes on stock , after that they make few updates , resellers are happy , buyers are think that they are happy , and eu team are happy and they goes away for 1-2 years and make update for phone that all peoples forget couse it is too old. Im very long time in gsm world and i dont like when some team make idiots from buyers , if you see - boxes without support in this forum it is same story like eu box |

Then where you lost with eubox ?? Now for premium they give first in world S8500 read codes for free and lots alcatel updates and now i9000, i9023, i9100 read codes free too and how can't ern on this ?? ?? Premium access cost only 60 euro if you buy it first then this money was very low for next 2 years free update and now team telling that will be lots next update too free that other box want moeny for it like anycall samsung (other team want 80 usd for activation for only this models). | |
