My system cant detect the modem port of my F480 for unlock.when i insert the cable with combo mode the set is not asking for any mode.

but phone is in same freezed condition.

connect phone choose ports and turn it off the power it and press unlock before phone show "phone freeze....blabla". With simcard inside.
