help DONGLE NOT FOUND - GSM-Forum

Hi, i was working fine with my EU box but now when i try to open the main sofware this message displayed ¨DONGLE NOT FOUND!¨ I try to open in 2 diferent PC´s and still the same problem. what can i do to fix this, when i put the usb cable to the box the leds POWER(RED) and FBUS(ORANGE) are lighting, the drivers are correctly installed.

please help me

open the box and check that the dongle is properly connected inside.

the dongle is correctly connected but i think that is dammage
any solution for repair it?????

Same problem.Obviously somethnig goes wrong with start up software.PC can see dongle as mass storage device but cant start any application.And how to reprogram dongle??
