help dongle not found - GSM-Forum

help me out eu box team ,

i m getting some prob since last 1 week , when i start any .exe . it opens and crashes , i tried it upon 4 diffrent pc , but same , after that it started giving dongle not found , and i was like fed up of this and kept mine box away , after 1 hour i again attached it pc , then it started wrking fine , and today again i got same prob " dongle not found " , and later on is started working , dunno wat wil happen tomorrow , plz help me eu team , give me solution to this prob

do you have any External USB device connected?

no sir i dont use , usb over netwrk soft , and i even tested , without attaching any another dongle , even then not found , i purchased it b4 1 month , 25 days no prob ,now it giving prob

try to uninstall and then again install the softwre and box driver and also change the usb port

Well, this way I cannot advance much, I´d have dongle in hands to check if it´s the box fail or if it´s dongle failure or if the problem can be from your pc then ...
