How to unfreeze A707 ? - GSM-Forum

I'm using latest update. I got code from soft. :

Phone info:

Phone Model: A707
Revision: A707UCFJ5
IMEI: 3531030...........

Connected to server

Unlock codes:
-------------

UNLOCK NETWORK LOCK: #7465625*638*50497317#

Enter codes WITHOUT simcard inside the phone.
You can check the current lock status using this code: *#7465625#

Disconnected from server

But when i'm entering code i have this message on the phone screen:

"This phone freeze daeactivate fail"

What Is wrong?

Version used 2.32

Note: Please be sure you have latest version installed.

i had problems with the installers to

even now i don't think i have all modules

u have to download the 2.34 that file is seprate on the suport not in the 04092007 .

My phone is in freeze mode. It says "pHONE FREEZE, CONTACT SERVICE PROVIDER". i need to un freeze it and unlock it!
