which software version you're use for unlock this phone ?
please try to use latest software version or i think it is not supported phone for unlock

I'm also tested it by read code tool with something CPU type. But not successfully

Successfully unlocked with Z3X
 

Put phone in qualcomm mode the same procedure of T919
Qualcom mode method (only usb):
1. Power on phone.
2. Type *#197328640# -> common -> usb config -> Qualcomm mode
3. Connect USB part of 2in1 cable, setup drivers.
4. Choise qualcomm diagnostic port in port settings.
5. Choise unlock method: Read codes or Direct.
6. Press Unlock SP button.

Samsung mode method (2in1 cable):
1. Power on phone.
2. Type *#197328640# -> common -> usb config -> Samsung mode
3. Connect 2in1 cable, setup drivers.
4. Choise port of RJ45 connector in port settings
5. Choise unlock method: Read codes or Direct.
6. Press Unlock SP button.
