yes follow Instructions Post # 2
or don't connect USB part cable to pc, you need to connect only Rj part
use only FTD, no need drivers etc.

its Communication error ,

you need to check
Cable, Phone Jack, FTDI Port Setting, or please check also phone battery is Charge (need only 20% charged)

connect your box and install all drivers
go to Device manager --> port setting and check No. Comport if you see Example Com 4
so you need to select under the EUBOX software Com4

I HAVE SAME PROBLEM WITH j750. WHEN YOU SAID THAT PHONE MUST BE ON WITHOUT SIM, WHY SHOULD WE NEED TO PRESS POWER ON AGAIN AS SAID IN POST 2? HOW CAN THIS PROBLEM BE SOLVED? THANKS

this kind of phone get bad comunication sometimes. j750, j400 but u have to try three of four times...finally always is unlocked, but have to be perseverant.
i faced this poblem too with these mobiles, but always finish by unlocking with EU.
Still don t understand where is problem from coz some of them go on first try and others have to try 4 or 5 times.
same pc, same cable, same ftdi....

just try and u 'll unlock

ok Brother Please Follow this Instructions

HOW TO UNLOCK

RUN Samsung 3G Easy Unlocker v1.60
Select Broadcom mode
Connect Cable ONLY E210 RJ45 (E210 combo cable but only RJ part use not connect usb part of cable)
Phone Must be off
PORT SETTING: Select your box FTDI port No.
Click Start

after few Second your phone will be Unlocked

Please Take a look this screen shot (it will help you)

Don't Forget Post Report

i still encountered same problem while trying to unlock J750 after following your instruction step by step. can give a video of how to unlock this phone maybe it will be better, or is there any trick as we have in A717 by setting connection on the phone for it to be recognised. quick response is needed before returning the phone to customer, or before i give someone that uses NSpro.

Use the direct unlocker software latest version 1.60 just use pluggin the RJ45 connector NOT USB CONNECTOR

I had the same problem with j 750
but when i changed my e210 cable it's solved
try with an other e 210 cable.
