ku990IG unlock problem.

have unlocked many ku990ig before, i actually just did one right before i have had a problem with a new one.
the problem is that it does the pre analysys bit, the phone goes to the debug menu but then i get error saying its not supported and i need to do dump.
in the past when ever the phone has gone to the debug menu it has unlocked no problem. i am using v2.18
this is one i unlocked just before successfully.

this is fo the one straight after that i have had a problem with. i have tried with and without sim too.
CAN THIS ACTUALLY BE DONE???
