Need firmware for dead alcatel ot-606 - GSM-Forum

Was trying to unlock an alcatel ot-606, i was moving too fast and i did not read the forum so i used the direct unlock option with mtk tool and now its dead. I read that there is an unlocked flash file on support but i cant access it. I tried using the shell tool and going to download but no joy the window just opened up blank. Is there another way to access the firmware files on support.

If support is offline for the moment can someone send me a link to this file. I have an angry customer. And as if lightening strikes twice another customer just came a few minutes ago with a virgin mobile ot-606 and this is the first time im having to work on this type of unit. Is this good luck or bad luck?
