OT-806 problem when reading codes - GSM-Forum

Hi,

When try to read codes with Alcatel MTK Easy unlocker after connecting on phone, I get this message:

Reading phone info... (50%)
ERROR #3097

Where is a problem?

Try making a clean sweep in contact with the mobile phone and try again, or replace the cable with one another and post results.

I am not sure it is supported in MTK tool.

flash it with unlocked firmware or use Alcatel online 1.6

I am waiting for the next release of mtk tool, with all these problem fixed (ot710, ot806, etc)

I agree with you, I think that this phone not supported by MTK Tool. With online calculator I get NCK code...
