| Please help and advice!!! My pc have antivirus ( bullguard), I try to download Alcaltel Online 2..0 ( new) to my pc. How ever, This file Can not open by Bullguard detect file as virus. I did turn Antivirus OFF and problem still same. please help me. tommy |

| Change antivirus or ask this software producer for help becosue this is theys mistake that take temida security protection like virus. |

| Thank you! I fixed the problem. However, When i try to get unlock code or check balance. It said: ERROR - dongle auth failed! I got primium licence . Please advice tommy |

| Hi! I put all licence file and all sofware into same folder. I can use to unlock samsung and LG. However with ZTE and Alcatel 2.0, It come with error: ERROR - dongle auth failed I am a premium user. Please help Tommy |
