Virgin UK VM-800 aka OT-800
2x Virgin VM-800 (OT-800) provider ID:800x-2GURGB1 (but used 800x-2GVRGB1 at suggestion from support team) successfully unlocked via server consumed 14 credits.
Server supplied nck & spck and both were needed unlike some code sellers who only provide nck.
