Angry Premium access ?!?!?


Hello,

Please supporter of this forum answer - how client can activate Premium access from credits that we uploaded to his account ? First server was moving, then new client relase... now when at least credit was forwarded it's not possible to activate it throught manual so usign page to convert 550 credits -> premium access.

So iservice are suspended ? If no so maybe EU Team will answer at least how it can be done....

few days already pass and no reply.. this assume that cooder got all resseelrs who got credits and who trusted him in ..... ???

I writed everywhere....my client also waited long time

I dont wnat a refund.. I want only use credits for what have they been purchased.....

Team must return to work or refund us.
same thing with me I'm already a reseller and from the beginning of premium access we trust this Program .
we have try to help you to restart again.
and now we hear that some coder of the team is sailing code source algo and scripts.
all need money and we work for it,but don't lose your name in market .
you have 2 month before the end of the year and the end of your big work.

it is SAD, I have wrote similar situation in market feedback - no any reply on emails, pm...

maybe it is better that customer will not buy premium? they will be not disapointed....
