Problem with server credits and unlocking S8500 - GSM-Forum

I am trying to unlock a Samsung S8500 but EUB displays you need to have minimum 71 credits, while I have 29 credits and for unlocking this model are needed just 16 credits. Can you help me in this case what is wrong?

it should take 16 credits if you do not have 100, but after taking the credits it should give you the code...

reckon you have to wait until support sees the post.

So if I have 100 credits it doesn't take credits at all? AM I right?
And EUBOX server is having problems, because I cannot login at all and check balance.

send an email to support about credits...
and yes, if you have 100 credits in account everything is almost free (will take some calculated alcatel credits)

It seems that EUbox is definitely dead. No reply even with email. I have sent them email to return my credits, but also I wanted to buy some credits at allgsm unlock server, but they are not replying too, so it seems that they are dead.

Wishing that they come on again. They had some unique solutions many times...
