Reseller problem with logs - GSM-Forum

I am old resellr of EU box, and I have account with credits (polphone) but since some time I cant use it. I use reseller client 1.2, connected and detected dongle, I put for sure correct username and pass, and cant login (dongle auth invalid).

I sent already info to email and PM but no reply. Please help me, becasue I need create some premium accounts.
