S3370 consumed logs WHY?!!! - GSM-Forum

Hi support team.

I'm premium user with more that 50 credits and S8000 Easy Unlocker 1.2 cosumed 12 credits for unlock this S3370.

As per you said HERE this should be free of charge for me, I had 61 credits and now only 49. Please return my credits and fix this problem.

You should use version v1.2 and in it is write that free is for eveyone that got more then 100 credits on account. bye

jepetu is right, he used version 1.2 and the post he refers to is talking about premium users with 50+ credits will get samsung codes for free.

Ye I know but in software v1.2 is WRITED that need 100 or more to got free.

Are you PREMIUM user already ?. Good news then :

- We set unlock for samsung phones to unlimited !. From now PREMIUM users with 50 credits in the account will be able to unlock samsung without credits

Are you NOT PREMIUM user already : Good news also :

- With Samsung S8000 Easy Unlocker Online Code Reader (v1.2).exe
we set all users can open software and use it. (samsung license is needed)

Check tables for consumption inside software. I am sure yours will be agree with cheap and reasonable prices list

a PS must check this and make clear whether it is 50 or 100 credits the amount needed for premium users to unlock samsung without credits.

Correct and sorry at once. I set in server 100 credits, thats is the idea, but by mistake in announcement we put 50 instead of 100.

Will make announcement again to keep clear, thanks.
Btw will wait tomorrow for next update for make that

If you use latest version you are informed all time in right place for credits consuption. Is my fault you dont use latest version or just dont check how much credits will take operation or just you didnt received mail where we explained written mistake in announce ?

Ok ok,

You are the PS and will never loose so always is user fault, you are unable to think that you can be wrong and commited a mistake in a public announcemet.

Don't worry we are talking of few bucks here.

I'm user of Eubox since many years, premmium user from first moment, and maded a lot of money with this tool.

But I THINK you must rethink you commercial behavior with users of your tool.

No more to say.
