when i try to unlock yhis phone i have this eror why ?

Why you use SO OLD software ?? You need use new installer v1.07.

i have the same probleme with the installer
may be probleme is server ?

in the new installer 1.0.7 i cant see the port com and the modem port
can you tell me plz why?

Just after connect phone to cable press SCAN PORT and software select automatic all port. After this press SYS INFO and all codes will be readed correcly.
