Hi!! My first time using this great device, and I get this when I try 2 download licenses:

Connecting to server #1...
Connection TIMEOUT!

ERROR - Server refused your connection!

Disconnected from server

But, when I press "Update dongle" I get this:

Connected to server

Available version: 01.00.05/2007.07.13

No need for dongle upgrading, you already have the latest dongle version

Disconnected from server

So, for upgrade dongle sw connects.... What is the problem?

be patience!!! i hope Monday morning server will be online!!!

Ok thanks.... But I dont have any *.lic files....Its my 1st time bro

i mean after get your box *.lic files then save !!!

pls supporters .........back servers fast !!!

i lost customers in this states !!

if your server will stop frequntaly ......then your box should be standalone device (no need internet )
