Hi everybody!

I have a Samsung U600 to unlock it.

I open 2g coder eader, select trident x500, on mobile pc sudio. Correct usb port, software reads it without problems. "enterig test mode.....please, remove- insert battery". At this point, my computer restart.
I have change usb ports, my dongle is updated and iI'm using last version of 2g code reader.
Please, give me some help.

Dear Sr.

The software don't give to me enough time to take a screenshot. PC restars and I can't do it

format your pc, and install Fresh OS, your's problem will be solved

yes it 100% pc systeme problem, you can use this to be sur.
go to start , run
copy past this command : sfc /scannow.
don't forget the space after sfc.
if some systeme files are corrupted you can replace them without formating by using xp cd.
