update program not loading - GSM-Forum

i have installed easy unlocker on another pc everything loads fine except the licence and support program. i click on it and wait 30 mins but still nothing. any ideas?

what am i looking for in the device manager in the control panel. i have usb mass storage and usb serial controller is that correct?

yes all is correct, can you give me more information,

or please remove all Devices from pc, even USB FLASH DISK
then try again, or please post Report,

I also couldnt start Update program option, it seems not doing anything , when its clicked
