What is the Next thing to do?


Had done the registration procedure, I'm waiting for the Activation/Conformation mail so i can Enter Support, so what the Next thing for me to do, Product Supporter Please & Kindly guide me.

P.S. Ive PM you & sent Emails already.

For entering support just need to register and access download remote client tool and download software.
If your problem is activation, this is not our job, so your reseller is, so please donīt give us bad name such freeway and catch the person who must make request of the activations -> RESELLER IS, normally when RESELLER gets new stock MUST REQUEST for the activation files, if he FORGETS or donīt do and SELL NON ACTIVATED BOXES is not our FAULT so moderate your words and think or inform before opening a thread like this, ANY BOX WE SELL DIRECT TO ANY CUSTOMER IS ACTIVATED, but when is a QTY for security needs to be requested this from the RESELLER.

I think know you have things more clear and you can claim who fault who is not us.
