What's the need of support forum if supporters answer like this?


anyway, i'm not loocking for solution cause all what i know it's not a magic.
but I am amazed from the behavior of supportes (no technical answers, just closing thread, and answer "search forum", "post in correct section" etc... mean bla bla...). this is not a band of sheep to guide .

1. insert a foreign sim card
Enter the PIN if the card has it
3. now enter code NCK
the phone is unlocked
If your phone does not ask for unlock code should be:
1- Switch ON your phone with a non accepted SIM Card,
2- Compose: #7465625*638*CODE# (or *#7465625*638*CODE#) or #0111*CODE#

i have to fix with sum beta tool
because at this time only read
- Unfreeze:
- Unlock Network:
- Unlock SP Lock:
- Unlock Sub Lock:

in next update we add also simlocks read so wait for next update

sorry for that we have notice our supporter reply at both threads, i hope next time you'll not see like that reply,
actually i think he didn't understand correctly what you have wrote in first post, i respect you a lot coz you're no new for us, most old user

and YES this is support section for help of all EUBOX user this is not good way to solve problem by messengers etc.
