just check Update Dabatase.

and try again... all KU990 are supported as of today

and this is EU section.. I dont care if you can unlock it with vigys or furious.

Hi.

I have flashed this model to a firmware of KU990 and unlocked the phone. After this you have to flash again to the original.

Tested and all OK

I have unlocked ALL KU990I, you have to be precise, and follow instruction to the letter.

Using Newest program V 2.18
Phone connected OK.
Clicked NO when ask for RAM dump and waited .
Waited for phone connection...and again ...Not Supported.
Disconnected phone and connect again...Fail.
Over 2 hours of trying to unlock.
Look at the Firmware date...March 2009...OLD

I think if EU can get new programmers..then we can unlock more phones without these failures that cost us $$..when we cant unlock !

I suggest that EU charge a new extra paid $100 US.. in addition to the Premium Membership program, to cover all these Unsupported Versions phone.

is not data basse update i have same problem because data basse have auto updated problem the team ask more money money other do this freee

no disconnect, no wait, nothing
phone in debug mode, U just click START after click NO for dump

Already tried ..and unlock FAIL .

Search KU990i in this forum and see all the posts!

The unlock process for this model is broken and needs to be fixed.
Now I lost customer and $$$... all 7 pieces unlocked by another shop..

This is why EU needs to start charging extra $$ for another premium activation at $100.00 USD....so they can fix these problems...and no more
¨UNSUPPORTED FIRMWARE ¨ pop up box.

just a suggestion, read the firmware and send it to EU support, so they can patch it and support it... or send them a Unit so they can read, analyze and support it.
