NCK : 3464482896

Code is wrong !
Phone is from Movistar Spain . I use Alcatel Online v1.3

Has this phone been flashed or language changed or so?

Hi, I don't know if the phone has been flashed but as I see it's not cause the set is with original Movistar firmware!?!And is there a way to know for sure if the phone has been touched?!!Can you tell me what to check and what to do at all,cause I've been trying already 2-3 times and I'm always getting this message "Timer is running,please wait" and tells me again to put the code!!!I'm running in circle and I just can't figure it out!I don't have much an experience in this model so I beg for help!!
