movistar 342 need unlocking solution - GSM-Forum

i have this mobile's many pcs and need unlock solution
which cabal used for it? RJ45 or USB or IrDa
and which exe will work on it
is driver needed for its usb cabal?

i used Grundig 2g ee for unlock it but no conictivity phone with pc i tried both usb and iRda no conection.

any body have idea to unlock it then please share with me and others i will b very thnkful.
