| Hi, This may sound stupid but things like this can happen. Did you actually connected to the special port, Also did u hold power button? |

| - Make sure you connect cable to Special port on IQ-Box. - Make sure your phone's battery has life. - After pressing "Connect", hold down power button on phone until finished connecting. BR, IQ-Box Support. |
