Hi,

This may sound stupid but things like this can happen.

Did you actually connected to the special port, Also did u hold power button?

- Make sure you connect cable to Special port on IQ-Box.
- Make sure your phone's battery has life.
- After pressing "Connect", hold down power button on phone until finished connecting.

i have some problems with pantech PG-C3 cingular... iqbox cant detect?? or is not supported?
