Cant get my IQ-BOX working - GSM-Forum

I have al drivers installed all act files but i always get Secutity 3 error on al modules. please help me

i have the same problem, everithing is installed
i run p2k module, the programm runs but it closes inmediatly!
can you help me?
ps: when i open the module, mi sn number doesn't appear!
do i have a serious problem?

remove any smart card from you'r pc and be sure you don't install even IQ-BOX's software .
follow manual in dvd's number 3 for install your box .

BUT!!!!! i open the programm and it says: "ERROR, security 3"
what can i do?

Don have any smart card installed brand new PC. Have box sn in all modules but still getting Security 3 Error what can i do???

please download latest version again and replace with old versions ( version 3.0.0 ) .
all bugs fixed .

but if i download soft for iq box it doesnt work because i have BOOT BOX
and when i want to open p2k 3.00 the programm closes inmediatly so i REALLY NEED boot box software 'cause iq box software closes inmediatly

here is IQ-BOX suport section not boot box .
any way Security 3 Error is a bug in sw.

Downloaded version 3.0.0 again from support site but same errors Security 3 for all modules except motorola module Security 1 error. Anything else i can do before sending back to dealer?? I think box its ok maybe something with act files or some bug on soft. I hope you can help me.

bro what is size of you'r activation files ?
and let me tell you that i using this version (3.0.0) when this version relased till now , so sw haven't any bug .
i said to mario_e1 it's sw bug that use iq-box sw with boot box .
IQ-BOX sw work good .

you'r act files size is normal .
make a screen shot of your device manager and let me know your box is install copletly or not .
and do you test your box on another pc ?
