Brother
i intalled iq box odm,alcatel...... {following user manual}
but
i was open my software
OPENING DONGLE...........
and autosoft ware closed
how can i solve this problem
please help me brother

is dongle S/N shown on the button of software ?

no that is not show dongle s/n so
how can i solved this problem??
but i installed dongle drive

so ,
open your box and remove dongle and connect it directly to usb ,
open sw again and tell me what happen

if you have problem with Opening Dongle there is 2 cause :

1: the connection of dongle to usb isn't good .
how to solve it :
open box and remove dongle from box and connect it direct to usb .

2: FDTI flash chip problem .
how to solve it :
you have to ask me to solve your problem .
