iq-box error reading v551 blank mode - GSM-Forum

hi all
i want to repair a dead fone
it's a v557, i select in sw v551 and the check operate in blank mode
the i hit conect and sw doesnt respond me
look at the pic
i cant hit anything
how do i have to do?

as i see you dont mark Operate in Blank Mode .
again mark it and then try to connect fone then full erase it and write full flash .

but i check the mark operate in blank mode and it happens the same

connect fone in blank mode .

I DO TESTPOINT
check operate in blank mode
full erase flash
write bootloader 07.e0 or 07.b0
write fullflash
pds repair then pc recognices the phone as v620!!!!!!!!!!

see the pic, it says r376....... 0br
i mean v550 e550 v620 v535 (r376) and my model is v551 v547(R472!!!!!!!!!!)
ANY SOLUTION?

i cant believe that this box repair my v555 as v620 and i do exactly the same as the manual says...

just answer that it's a sw bug and thats it no more problem.

hi, pls follow bellow steps:
- full erase
- write full R472
- make PDS rebuild
