is this true (http://www.unlockthatmobile.com/ubox.html) it can repair dead v804ss? if this is true all who killed that fon will be happy, any body share their experience

hi my people to day i did it changing l7 imei is for free not for sell here is how it works { -Press * # power (Flash mode)
-click connect
-click REMOVE SECURITY
-after program say:SECURITY REMOVED
=remove batt and put it back
-click BLANK MODE CHECK BOX
-CLICK CONNECT AGAIN
-NOW ALL BUTTONS OPEN
-CLICK "RESTORE SECURITY"
-AFTER PROGRAM SAY"SECURITY RESTORED"
-OPEN BOOT FILE "LTE08E0.BOT"
-CLICK THE CHECK BOX FOR "BOOT"
-CLICK WRITE
-AFTER PROGRAM SAY:"WRITE OK"
-CLICK "DISCONNECT"
-DO NOT REMOVE BATTERY
-PRESS POWER ON FONE FOR 1SECOND
-NOW DONT TOUCH THE FONE FOR ABOUT 10-15 SECONDS
-NOW TRY TO POWER ON UR FONE
-FONE SHOULD POWER ON AND WORK WITH 08E0 LOADER NOW
