iq-box-support? how unlock and repair imei pantech 1310 for iqbox? the phone not conect never.

i´ve tried to unlock some pantech phones but i wasn´t able to do it. On all of them an error was showed. Here is posted the screen´s error.

use special port and normal speed ,
when you connect cable hold down power for 2 seconds , phone will be in flash mode and you can do any thing you want .

my friend ,
in many cases you need to full flash your fone then you'll be able to do change imei .
before do any thing make a backup from youir fone then ...

Thanks matin, but, not function, I know the method to connect them, Even it works with other models, but not with this... other solution please...

i will change my pantech 1400 imei bud i can only with iqbox last 7 digits change

i will full change all digits first 8 digits and last digist from pantech how can change ?
