The software always shut itself down during operation,and the PHONES ALWAYS DAMAGED.I used 3 different pc's and usb cables,ALWAYS SAME DAMN PROBLEM

PLEASE FIX IT NOW..............MANY OTHER USERS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM..............

the solution 100% tested for this problem its :

use always usb 2.0 conection and always use acp12 adaptor on box

Not working for me,i use original acp12 adaptor and usb2 port.
