Pls Help Me C650 & E398 - GSM-Forum

i have 1 c650 after full erase and write boot file now cannot power on , cannot connect to iq box flasher phone all cannot do.

and 1 e398 after full erase , write boot file and press repair now version is R3511(L6) cannot flasher back to R372(E398)

HOW I CAN DO PLS HELP ME

- full erase option used for work with dead or blank phones
- whay you do this operation ?
- what boot you write in your phone ?

C650 i write GSM32_BOOT_7B0,after write cannot connect iq box already cannot do any .
E398 b4 is SW version ,boot version all no found use any software olso cannot flasher . i use iq box full erase ,write boot file and repair pds ,after repair SW version is R3511 cannot flasher back to R372.

- C650 C38x C39x V18x V22x - its 16 mb phones (GSM16) not GSM32
- for E398: write full flash for E398, make repair procedure

hi i have done the same mestake
and now i cant flash phone with full flash i got this error
you cant right fullflash in normal mode

pleas help

boot 16
sw r364 or 5

replay me soon pleas

flash correctly.... i have 2 U6 dead (dont killed by IQ), ...

- check TP location for your phone
- make TP
- put phone in blank mode use TP
- conect phone ("Operate in Blank Mode" cheked)
- make full erase
- write full flash
- make repair (pds repair)
- disconect phone
- dont remove battery
- short power ON (pc dont detect)
- wait 30 seg....
- remove usb cable and put again (pc detect)

and try to power ON..... continues dead

i got the same masseg (error you cant fulflash phone in normal mode)

and even it doesnt work with rsd lite it fullflash but stell blue screen

eny help

Hmm, You say you can full flash the phone but blue screen.

Does the fone itself function itself, I mean making calls?
