indeed i need these :
1- some care for arabic market : by offering arabic language for a lot of models
2- support for problems happen by this box
3- some new models to stay up to date

most important is arabic lan for a lot and alot of phones that other boxes can write arabic lan to those phones but we can not

the supporter for this box must know that the arabic market is the newest one and they can take some of it to their box using if they take care of the arabic langauage

in case the supporter want some help to make arabic interface for thier program i can help in these just contact me
as this will be the first time to have this interface in arabic so that can make the box more sellable into this new market
