cause UBL can:

Remove operator lock (unlock any Motorola phone)
Repair "Contact Service Provider"
Remove RSA protection
Repair "SW Version: Not Found" , "SW Version: ****_YOU_ZULEA"
Repair "Critical Error"
Upgrade/Downgroade Bootloader
Change language pack

Thinx UBL

e398 : 1. Restore BL with 07.d0
2. Flash again with e398 ori
3. Flash with r373 enable
4. flash with MP
