I am new to UBL having problem with L7 Dead - GSM-Forum

hello friends

i am new to ubl and need help with motorola L7 which only have light on keypad and then again goes off. after reading manual i m getting this error
error:20020502
plz any body help me

when flashing , u don't need TP but for unlock some versions, u need TP. for those sw version consult you manual or webpage. also notice that the best solution is to make tp when unlock

if phone does not boots in bootloader then u should use TP, that is if it is without TP supported. u can try repairing PDS too.

Tespoint + Repair, normal boot + flash.

For UBL you have to power on the phone in bootloader mode i,e POWER + * +# simultanously and then enter the Blank mode ,after that flash the phone with matching bootloader version and the problem will be solved
