MotoRocker v2.19 killed C140 - GSM-Forum

I flashed C140 to change language pack with MotoRocker v2.17 the process run successfully. but with MotoRocker v2.19 after flashing and FFS formating it shows PP on display. I tried many times to reflash with 2.17 but always the same result. how can I repair this phone??

Make repair using with cutting track metod make a full flash and after restore track...

I have searched for photos or guides to cutting track but I cannot find anything in UBL manual either in forum (UBL, Infinity-Box, ....) where can I find infos how to cut this track?? help me please.
