Phone is hacked:15 - GSM-Forum

Got given a w375 moto to repair,it only starts up to the opening screen then just keeps flashing "phone is hacked:15". I think the phone was on the Tescos network so i flashed it with a backup from another Tescos w375 but the problem remains, i'm using UBL V4.03 with ubl cable AC101.
By the way it would be handy to get this repair sorted cos our local Tescos are starting to flog these off very cheap and i guess there will be a few of them turning up.
Anybody got any practical ideas on how to fix this phone.

first you do not touch epprom, for hacked problem you tried to unlock phone and format ffs.

Thanks Tictac for the info, this phone was given to me in this state and i'm looking for some way to fix it, any ideas?

Repair EEP and everything will be fixed.

I happens bcoz OTP and EEP Imei mismatch.

Hi

Problem of phone is hacked and not starting up is solved for that part only.
Ok i used ubl v4.03 to repair imei/eeprom then opened Catik tool V1.2.1.15
i then loaded retail sw_w375_0.0.72.k2.mot then press start,the program will then initialise-convert the file and finally program the target. This worked on two Moto w375's to get rid of "phone is hacked2" and "phone is hacked15",they both start start up ok but they are still locked to Tescos network,the only thing left is to figure out how to set the sbl code this is error 637 because when its not set you can't flash the flex file that comes with the w375 retail pack. You might get other errors like ack

this is only down to config mode-i used normal-and it worked ok.
