Problem flash V3i-iTunes

Please help.
V3i (iTunes) if switch on, inner and outer LCD nothing apear, only keypad light lit, follow by vibrator.
Can receive call.
Use RSD LITE, ditected,

Use UBL MotoRocker v2.20, via magic test point, write flash file “R47A_G_08.D8.88R_PDS005_LP0021_DRM0101_VSTUK_ENGL ISH206_1FF.sbf”, after erase flash… then error..

Establish connection to handset
FLASH Interface established ok
Read handset bootcore version
Bootcore version on handset: 0300
Sending RAMDLD to handset
RAMDLD started ok in handset
Erase flash...
Err no: 1120004
Err no: 1250004

Before do flash, allready restore boot loader to 0A.30 and Reapir pds, it’s ok.!
Before do flash, at right bottom, detected: V3i-BLANK
During process, it change to: V3i-FLASH
And after get error.. it change to: V3i-MEM_CARD

Flash with same version (88R) use RSD LITE 3.7, also cant work (Failed flashing process.Phone(0000):Incompatible…)

What have I done wrong…? or
Maybe there is h/w problem....?

Check phone hardware. Don't flash with original files in blank mode.
