problem resetting user code

i tried to rest user code of V3r but its says phone not connected why is that i flashed it but i cant reset code

After flash you can use standard code : 1234

Try resetting the code with phone turned ON

1. You have to start phone normaly and NOT in flash mode.
2. On some new Motorola models (e.g. we tested on V3x), if user/security code is activated, phone do not even connect in P2K mode. This is some new Motorola protection. On this phones, to reset user/security code you have to full flash the phone.
