V3i wrongly flashed with V3r - GSM-Forum

I've got a V3i ( with memory card slot ) in keypad leght only condition. In Flash mode it shows bootloader 0A.30 and software version R4515_G ( this is a V3r version and as per my knowledge V3r dont have memory card slot ).

I tried to flash it with V3i file

R47A_G_08.D8.85R_PDS005_LP0039_DRM0101_VSTFRENCH20 6UK_ENGLISH206_JPJAVA_G_08_V3iiT_06_00_01R_GSPSLQA TRTBNL0AE_1FF.sbf

But it gives me error

Split input file in codegroups
Processed 8 codegroups
Major Boot version supported by RAMLDR: 0A40
Establish connection to handset
FLASH Interface established ok
Read handset bootcore version
Bootcore version on handset: 0300
Sending RAMDLD to handset
RAMDLD started ok in handset
Erase flash...
Err no: 1120004
Err no: 1250004

what is this error number ?

What should i do ?

Please guide me.....

this should mean wrong flash files selected

Don't use blank mode for flash, that's all.

use smart tp then repair full flash

dont use smart tp, it is a v3i so use normal tp. repair pds ans then flash it.

I do it as following

1. Repair PDS in BLANK MODE with use of EasyTP cable.
2. After this step the phone automatically comes in FLASH MODE.
3. So I flash it in that mode only. And this error appeares.
4. I tried all 4 V3i type ( like R479, R47A, R4441D_G, and R3443H3_G ) with .shx and .sbf files available in support area.

Please guide me what to do next ?

If u tried ALL V3i versions when repair and ALL when flashing, it means that ur phone have hw damage.

i see you are using a reflash and you have to write a full flash, to revive that handset
