If your phone already repaired by Repair button, * and # and power on in boot mode then flash it with shx file.

done that always phone only blink in keypad

enter balnk repair leaveblank then flash with 1FF,but still

TP then repair then flash with 1ff,problem still

problem it wont start flash before flashing start message flashfile is lower than the phone bootcore version.i tried all rkc and shx 1FF file in support still low vesrion for my handset.

there is no file in support area for bootcore version 0683

After Repair you should have 0671 bootloader i think. If not you can downgrade bootloader via TP to 0671 and then you can flash with all flashfiles.

repair option will not downgade boot version,can u tell me what is the exact procedure to downgrade?

1. Connect TP - make Repair
2. Connect TP - Restore Bootcore, choose 671 from support
3. Power on in flash mode and enjoy flashing all avaliable flash files

v3x in blank mode only flashes backup files, no shx no sbf no rkc. one u get phone in flash mode with * + # flash it with 1ff file.
