I finally received my account info from these losers. It took them 5 days to send me the log-in info and password. I did file a PayPal dispute, and sent many emails, but I don't think that helped....they are just sooo very LAME!!!!! Also note that they sell other phone un-lock services. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME....OR MONEY!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE....BUYER BEWARE!!!!
After receiving my log-in info , I fixed my phone in under 5 minutes......I had to repair PDS on ITunes V3i with 0a.53 bootloader. The bootloader was down-graded to 0a.30 and works wonderfully. As far as the PDS repair went.....I am very happy with the GOT server....the rest of the GOT software and service was not much use......but I hope that others read this post and do not waste their time with cellunlock.net. What a bunch of f*ckers!!!!!

I insist on apologizing to Chicoche, indeed after verfications his access was emailed 5 days later possibly due to server issues. Sorry to all members for the trouble, We have taken off the "Instant" feature until we get this issue resolved.

I am in the same boat as the others. I bought my code on the October 10th and have not seen an email yet. I also tried using the tracking but that doesn't seem to work.

All I can say is I bought off ebay and got the code straight away but It wouldn't log me in
Very poor I thought to send me an login and pass that didn't work emailed straight away but to no avail.
Not happy but I've made a claim with paypal.
I know that it has been said here that over 8000 happy customers but there is also alot of unhappy customers.
I bought off Aston Corp (must be a reseller) and I'm not happy at all

1.
First install the GOT client then install RSD 3.3 (only to assure moto
drivers install)
2.
Plug your phone into the pc with your usb datacable and open RSD then
click the show device button, now using the windows driver installation
which should be present on the screen now browse manually to the drivers we
have provided. (extract them to c:\ etc.) once your phone drivers are
completely installed you will see it listed under modems in the windows
device manager as well as in the RSD window. Now close RSD.
3.
Open GOT_MOTO, copy and paste your user / password and login.

Username: xxxxxxxx Password: xxxxxxxxx

Now slect your model (You can confirm this by holding down the * and #
buttons while pressing power button if needed), choose unlock tab and select
Unlock Network Button. FOLLOW ON SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS. Note: if it says can
not connect phone please open RSD and click show device. Once the phone
shows up you may close RSD and continue with GOT.

Note: In the moment you access GOT server with user / pass, a special
computer ID is saved, after that no one will be able to use your account.
It will work only in that computer. IP does not matter anymore since many
users have dinamic IP.
However, if you don't want to use GOT with that computer anymore you can
reset to a new computer at every 14 days.

Did you even read my message

I got my login and pass BUT it would not log me in.
If I can't login how in the name of *** would I be able to use the service.
I filed a dispute because
1.Unable to login
2.No replies from emails after 4 days
3.Obviously the user name and pass was invalid since I couldn't login and that was the same response I received when I tried the user name and password.

I didn't buy from Cellunlock but a reseller on Ebay who may/may not be affiliated with Cellunlock.

a lot of messages were sended to cellunlock and i don't have answers.
Is far to say that never before had some troubles with Cellunlock till now.
and I'm sure that we will do and arrengement.

Thanks Cellunlock !!! now i have my access to GOT,My sugestion is that you need remove the message of ''instant account'' from your page..and get time of response in one or maybe two days, personally I don't have troubles with this.
in this way we can be more patient waiting login and pass.

Like say in my other post never before had any troubles with cellunlock
and since Feb-07 start using GOT they are my reseller and always give me good service.

I would just like to say that I thought at first I was in the same boat with most of the people on here. I had paid for it and still nothing so when I read this forum I emailed them and within minutes I had my code and and email asking if I had recieved it. I then got my access and to my dismay I found that after that they couldnt do my model that way. So I sent an email telling them that I was disappointed to find my model wasnt covered. They within a few minutes again they asked what model and provider which I responded to. Anyways they have helped me get the code and I couldnt be happier!! I would recommend this site to my own grandmother! I love it and couldnt be happier!!!
