Can't unlock V975


When trying to unlock a V975
Boot Loader 0612
SW Version R245_U_82.31.56.06P
I get error 30010502

Establish connection to handset
FLASH Interface established ok
Bootcore version on handset: 0612
Establish connection to handset

Bootcore version on handset: 0612
Error: 30010502

What is this error, and can GOT unlock this phone?

I an also getting same error on v975, boot 0.6.1.2.
sw version r245_u_82.31.561
Establish connection to handset
Switch handset to FLASH interface
FLASH Interface established ok
Bootcore version on handset: 0612

Ok, unlocked phone with testpoint, worked ok but now phone turns on, also goes to flash mode , but screen does not work, no light at all, any suggestions please?

flash with 1FF file before flash do the PDS repair may it recover u

tried pds repair, have used this successfully before with v3i, here is log
Establish connection to handset
FLASH Interface established ok
Bootcore version on handset: 0310
Sending RAMDLD to handset
Error: 30090107
got is still great value and this is the first problem I have had, have flashed with file from link
