Confused on L2, please help - GSM-Forum

I got my GOT Moto today, but somehow the RSD is unable to perform "Show Device." I have installed everything, including the driver from the sticky (P2k and Driver), but somehow it is not working. My phone is Moto L2 (R3511_G).
Please help and let me know what I do wrong.
