E1070 Unlocking error - GSM-Forum

how to unlock that model of MOTO

coz when i do unlock via Skip TP it send the RMloader and then off the mobile say put battery boot in FLash mode and plug the cable after that it never detect the phone in GOT so unlocking stops

and also there is some thing i detect in this model is that when u take the phone to BOOTLOADER MODE and plug the cable in to the phone it always says serial connection not in USB mode

SC say plz patch this before doing the unlocking whats wrong with this model

After GOT ask you to remove battery, then remove cable, then reinsert battery for the first time you have to press * and # at the same time an then insert cable, not * + # + PWR. Thats the only way your phone can enter flash mode in USB mode.

You should read GOT message windows more carefully.

very good support i really appreciate the support service of GOT in this case

i do the return to customer coz i know there is no such fast reply to take a risk of one more day in 50 days nothing coming from GOT so why wait

and better u see the message what it saying or not
