Troubleshootings:

I unlock V3i today without any tespoint. I even did a V195 that smart clip cant do. Thank you GOT.

Original software is specialy made by Motorola to be locked forever if some bits in OTP (One Time Programmable) flash chip area are written.
Patched flash have some changes to 'skip' this tests. All the rest in this flash work like original. If your phone comes from H3G and have set OTP to be locked forever, if you flash original file it will ask again for subsidy code, even if phone is unlocked.
We supose Motorola have contract agreement with Three network operator and delivered this special software who is locked forever.

PERHAPS PEOPLE ARE JUST UNLOCKING IT BUT NOT PATCHING IT BEFORE UNLOCK AND THAT S WHY IT S NOT WORKING FOR THEM
